Eric Collins has been developing and implementing records and item management solutions since 1984, and was an early adopter in delivering technology solutions including bar coding, RFID and electronic records. He gained BA in Business from Appalachian State University.
He has been an entrepreneur and has started and run companies since the 1980's. He is patent holder and attained the prestigious 'Certified Records Manager' certification in the 1990's. He is skilled in all aspects of physical and electronic records management, and has gained subject knowledge expertise in a wide range of item and people tracking applications. He is expert level in RFID technology and is co-applicaant for US patent for innovative RFID technologies.
His business philosophy is simple: have happy customers and deliver optimized, successful solutions, and the company will thrive.
VP Technology
Hugh Allen is an IT professional with over 35 years experience programming computers and managing projects, and is co-founder of VirtualDoxx Corporation. He earned a B.S. in Theoretical Linguistics from Georgetown University, Magna cum Laude, and earned an MBA in Finance from New York University.
Hugh worked for over 20 years in major financial institutions such as Merrill Lynch, Citicorp, and GE Capital and consulted for large banks including Bank of America and Bank of Montreal. He developed dozens of major projects, including a GE system used by over 3,000 collection agents and separately a database with over 70 million credit card accounts.
Hugh co-developed and wrote the industry's first Internet-based records management record origination software, and is the primary developer of VirtualDoxx Corporation enterprise-class, cross-platform item management software. He is highly skilled in bar coding and RFID technologies, and is expert in integrating VirtualDoxx solutions with host database applications.
Senior Java / HTML Developer
Rupesh is a highly skilled software developer, with complimentary skills in network management and optimization. He gained his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from U.P. Tech, India.
Prior to joining VirtualDoxx Corporation, Rupesh was Senior Software Engineer with Hewlett Packard, leading NNM product architecture. He has worked in IT for over seven years and his technical experience and skills include:
* Expert experience in Java/J2EE 5/6/7 and web services;
* Strong experience with frameworks like Struts/Spring/Hibernate and servers such as JBoss and Tomcat;
* Strong exposure to Design Patterns and Databases;
* Skilled in software development process, test driven development.
Rupesh recently upgraded VirtualDoxx server and installer to support the most current versions of Java and JBoss, and is lead developer for our next-generation software platform centered around HTML5.
VP Sales
As an automated work processing and e-commerce industry veteran, Earl was President and founder of Infinite Corporate Solutions, Inc. an international provider of barcode equipment and software. He has worked with a wide range of applications to design and implement bar code and RFID solutions to enhance an organization's operations. Previously, Earl served as Director of Hardware Sales for Network Systems International, Inc. a leading provider of business management software and equipment, including bar code and RFID systems.
Earl graduated from Limestone College with a BS in Business Management, he is also a licensed NC auctioneer. He has served 13 years as board president of his local fire department.
National Sales Manager
Steve Kelley is a records management veteran with more than 20 years in the rapidly evolving document business management business. He began his career with the industry's pioneer in computerized file folder origination and indexing utilizing computer software to print file folder labels.
Steve also has worked for market leaders in the manufacture of file folders, chart dividers and shelving respectively. Steve is primarily focused on identifying the strongest resellers in respective geographic regions, securing their partnership to promote VirtualDoxx solutions, training sales and support teams on go-to-market strategies and overall reseller support.
Steve has in depth knowledge of electronic document management systems, including hands-on experience scanning and indexing documents for integration with content management systems.

Robert’s thirty year career in corporate sales and marketing spans executive positions with Mead Paper®, Zellerbach®, Cenveo®, International Filing, NECI®, and most recently as a Teir One Supplier sales consultant.
Robert provides consulting strategies for B to B corporate client groups and industry OEM partnerships bringing forward the next generation of innovative RFID tracking programs and Solutions.
Chief Operations Officer
Paul Devine has more than 25 years experience working as a business consultant, entrepreneur and business executive.. He has worked with organizations ranging from two person non-profits to Fortune 200 companies. Paul has delivered numerous process improvement and change management projects accounting for millions of dollars in savings. He is skilled at identifying opportunities for improvement and developing executable solutions. Paul is lead project manager for Virtual Doxx projects and liaison between customer stakeholders and Virtual Doxx technical staff. Paul’s role ensures that Virtual Doxx Corporation operates consistent with business best practices, delivers successful implementations for customers and that customers receive excellent service on an ongoing basis. Paul gained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Paul also holds a BS in Accounting and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam before graduating college. , He has created small business curriculum for university coursework and has taught numerous college courses in various business topics for the last 30 years.
