If there is a disaster, people don't think about a mustering site, they think about their safety and about getting away from a disaster as quickly as possible. Door access controls don't work, because one person opens a door and many people depart the building, and because people can depart from windows or through damaged walls of a building.

Personnel Mustering Protect Active RFID detectors and ID cards to know where all people are in a building at all times. At strategic locations exterior to building(s), active RFID detectors and wireless mesh network identify every person that leaves the RFID field surrounding building(s). Data uploads to local and/or web-server for real-time data as to people and their locations.
